Return, Refund Policy
1. Conditions for Return
We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you need to return a product, the following conditions must be met:
- Unopened Products: The product must be unopened, and all stickers, markings, and packaging must be intact. Any additional items provided with the product must also be included. The product must be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
- Faulty Products: If the product is faulty, it must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, documentation, and any other related items provided. This must be done within 3 days of delivery.
- Timeframe Compliance: Returns will not be accepted if the specified timeframe has passed. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if the product is returned after the allotted time.
Please note that returns are not applicable if a faultless product is claimed to be incompatible with another device.

3. Inspection and Refund Process
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt to verify their condition and compliance with our return policy.
- Exchange: If the return conditions are fulfilled, a new product will be provided as an exchange.
- Refund: If an exchange is not possible, the payment will be refunded within 7 business days from the return date. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Other means of payment may be used at our discretion.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their orders through our website before receiving the confirmation call. Alternatively, orders can be canceled before delivery by contacting our customer service team.
5. Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Product Unavailability: If we are unable to deliver the ordered product.
- System Errors: Refunds will be issued in case of a system error or incorrect pricing.
- Replacement Unavailability: If a replacement product is not available.
- Wrong Product: If the delivered product is different from what was ordered.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-15 business days after we receive the returned product. Please note that refunds for credit card payments may take longer, depending on the bank’s processing time.
- Mobile Wallet Payments: Refunds for payments made via mobile wallets (e.g., bKash, Rocket, Nagad) will be credited to the same account within 1-3 working days.
If your return request does not meet the requirements, we reserve the right to reject any refund request. In such cases, the product will be returned to you within 7-9 days. If delivery fails after three attempts, the item will be scrapped, and no refund will be given.
